The largest suite, known as The Hastings Suite, has a king-size handcrafted wrought-iron bed draped with a fine blue patchwork quilt. The room has expansive lime-washed fitted wardrobes and matching furniture. There is a private terracotta and tiled bathroom fitted with a Kohler Jacuzzi and separate shower.
This bathroom has been built for ultimate relaxation with white wooden shutters to dim the late afternoon sun and soft frosted Italian lighting.

The Garden Suite has a queen size handcrafted wrought-iron bed, draped with a lemon patchwork quilt. A French door from the bedroom leads onto a private patio overlooking the gardens, a quite place for relaxing as the sun sets. The terracotta private bathroom is similar to the Hastings Suite above, overlooking the quiet pines in the garden.

Morning sun filters through the lace curtains across the suede armchair in
The Algers Room. Overlooking the gardens, this quiet room is shaded by huge trees outside. A silk chintz comforter covers a rustic white cast-iron queen size bed. This room is convenient to the shared bathroom next door.
The Gideon Room is a truly warm inviting room with its own Waterford stove. The room overlooks the gazebo in the main square. A pine queen size bed topped with a soft green quilt matches the Victorian upholstered furniture. This room shares the bathroom 5 steps down the hall, and has a connecting door to the Algers Room.

The all-white shared bathroom of a Victorian theme, with white wood paneling, shutters and tessellated tile floor, has a huge Victorian cast-iron bathtub with claw-feet to soak away life¹s aches and pains.

In true Italian tradition, when the house was being renovated, the first new addition was a full size professional Bocce court. In the summer months it¹s another way to unwind in the setting sun.

There are phone lines and data access in the rooms. Each room has a TV with VCR and Radio.

There is off street parking or if you prefer, garage parking in the winter months.

To maintain individuality, there are only four bedrooms up stairs in the main house, all with air conditioning, individual heat controls and polished floors. Décor follows the owner¹s love of country Tuscan style.
All beds, linens and furniture are new.
